When you register or request care we collect the details you give us: your names and contact information, your address (so we can match nearby caregivers), and information about your children — including allergies, medical notes, and special needs — so caregivers can keep them safe.
How we use it
Your information is used only to run the service: matching your family with vetted caregivers, coordinating bookings and interviews, and staying in touch about your requests. Caregivers see only what they need for a booking they're offered or working.
What we never do
We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. Health and safety details about your children go only to the caregiver looking after them.
Storage & retention
Data is stored securely in Canada. You can ask us at any time to correct your information or delete your account and everything attached to it — just get in touch.
