The short, plain-English version of how Sea to Sky Nannies works.
What we do
Sea to Sky Nannies is a boutique nanny and babysitting agency serving Whistler, BC and the Sea to Sky corridor. We vet caregivers — interviews, references, and credential checks — and match them with families for occasional babysitting and longer-term placements.
Bookings
A care request isn't confirmed until we've matched a caregiver and you've received confirmation. Please give as much notice as you can for cancellations — caregivers set aside their time for you, and late cancellations may carry a fee.
Your part
Keep your family profile accurate — especially allergies, medical details, and special needs — so caregivers have what they need to keep your children safe. Payment terms are agreed per booking or placement.
Liability
Caregivers are carefully vetted, and care is provided under the liability waiver you accept when booking. See the liability waiver for the full text.
